Product & Ingredients

  • Survivor Fuel is a hydration brand built for both recovery and performance. Our electrolyte drink mix, Still Standing, pairs a balanced electrolyte blend with recovery compounds most hydration mixes skip — made for bodies that have been through more.

  • Still Standing is Survivor Fuel's electrolyte drink mix — a daily hydration formula in Pineapple Mango. One product, two formats: a full tub or single-serve packets.

  • Yes. Still Standing has zero added sugar — it's naturally sweetened with stevia. You get bright Pineapple Mango flavor and real electrolytes without the sugar crash that comes with most sports drinks.

  • A balanced sodium blend (sodium citrate, chloride, and bicarbonate), plus potassium citrate, magnesium glycinate, and zinc citrate for electrolytes — then L-Glutamine, D-Ribose, and L-Citrulline as recovery compounds. Flavored and finished with natural flavors, stevia, malic acid, and citric acid.

  • They're the part most electrolyte mixes leave out. L-Glutamine, D-Ribose, and L-Citrulline are included to support cellular energy, circulation, and recovery alongside hydration — not just replacing what you sweat out.

  • Yes — no caffeine and no stimulants. That means no jitters and no crash, so you can drink it any time of day, morning to recovery day.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

  • Standard U.S. delivery is typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Yes, to select countries. International rates are calculated at checkout, and customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • First, check with neighbors or household members and contact your local carrier. We're not responsible for packages marked delivered, but we'll help you file a carrier claim when applicable.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping info at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and reason for return to get started.

  • Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method, and processing can take up to 15 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions & Gift Cards

  • Yes — subscribers save 10% and get Still Standing delivered on the interval they choose.

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. If you don't cancel before renewal, that cycle will ship and bill as scheduled.

  • Yes — digital gift cards are available. Note they're non-refundable, can't be redeemed for cash, and can't be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Stump grinding pricing varies based on several factors — stump diameter, wood density, access to the stump, root spread, and how many stumps are being ground. Stump grinding can be a standalone service or paired with any tree removal job. Like all our work, the most accurate way to get a real price is an on-site estimate — which is free and comes with no obligation. Call (503) 656-5802 or request an estimate online and we'll give you an honest written quote.

  • Tree work is highly variable — the same-looking job in two different yards can have very different costs based on access, hazards, terrain, and what's underneath. Anyone giving you firm pricing without seeing the job in person is either guessing or padding the price to cover their guess. We come out, look at the actual job, and give you an honest written quote on the spot.

  • No. We work on a $0 deposit model — you pay nothing to schedule the work, and you only pay after the job is complete and you're satisfied.

  • Cash, credit card, check, and invoice.
