This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how Survivor Fuel™ processes orders, ships products, and handles returns and refunds.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Survivor Fuel™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
United States Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Survivor Fuel™ is not responsible for:
Customs delays
Import duties or taxes
Brokerage fees
Additional country-specific charges
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Survivor Fuel™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact your local shipping carrier.
Survivor Fuel™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
